Windows 10: Windows Smartscreen blank after update when installing anything

I just encountered an issue, I'm unsure if anyone else is having this problem. My windows smartscreen would make the noise, black out my screens, but never show me the message. I couldn't disable smart screen since it requires a smartscreen accept. I couldnt run CMD to disable the exe in admin mode since that requires a smartscreen accept. Restore points always failed. The only thing that worked was booting in safe mode no networking, disabling smartscreen, and restarting. Hope this helps anyone that may have this problem too

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

unsafe downloaded file is opened, Windows will display a warning. If SmartScreen detects potentially unsafe web content in an app, Windows will display a warning in place of the content. To disable SmartScreen, follow the steps below:

• Type SmartScreen settings in the Search box and press Enter.
• Click on Change Windows SmartScreen Settings in the left navigation pane.
