Windows 10: Windows snipping tool problem with record

Hi, I have an issue with the Windows snipping tool. I need to record my screen for work purposes, on avg. for 3 hours. When I start recording, everything seems normal the timer is running for a whole 3 hours after I stop recording, the footage shows up and almost always it´s not full footage. Sometimes I miss ~2 hours, ~1 hour, etc. Any advice? Everything is up to date with Windows 11, and I use https://laptopmedia.com/series/asus-zenbook-14x-oled-space-edition-ux5401/ with Intel Core i9-12900H

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service
  

 

Can't screen record with snipping tool.

When I try to screen record with the snipping tool, it loads for a couple of seconds and then denies me. Any suggestions?

Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

less than helpful. I know Windows 7 has a snipping tool. I want to move the Snipping Tool in Windows 10, which has printing capability built in, to a Windows 7 machine. thanks tho.
