Windows 10: Windows Software

Hey, to anyone out there,


Desktop Windows 10 Device.


So when i access most taskbar applications ie, Start, Search, Notification center. The system seems to take in ghost keyboard up arrow inputs.


So i cant scroll down my app list or i can but when i stop scrolling it scrolls back up through all the apps like when you scroll through using arrow keys. This also happens with the Calendar, so when you pick a day it starts scrolling up 'backwards' along that day through the months. When i use the down arrow key, the system scrolls down but still wants to fight to go back up. This also happens when i disconnect my Keyboard.


Also when i use other apps like chrome, word and other apps. There is no input detected. ie the system doesn't scroll to the top.


Also task manager, Device manager, file explorer and other Manager type things including powershell don't seem to be effected. To what i can see.


It only happens on task bar applications, Settings and Windows Mail app. That i have found


I have tried to reboot 'Windows Explorer' in Task manager with no results. :


So yea I just want to know what i could to to fix it. Before i do like a Full Reset on the system.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
