    Windows spinning circles frozen [Urgent]


    I recently upgraded pretty much everything about my pc, except for my SSD. No matter what i do everytime i bootup i get the dots spinning and then they freeze.


    Ive tried unplugging all my USBs while booting. Removing all but one drive, and trying different ones.

    And booting off a recovery USB, all freeze with the dots, advanced options doesn’t even show up.


    New PC specs

    MSI RTX 2080

    Aorus Z390 Master

    I7-9700k

    NZXT Kraken x72

    Dominator Platinum 3000 (64gb)

    and a Samsung Pro 970 M.2


    Current SSD is Samsung Evo 960, that was working prior.


    Need computer for work, any help is appreciated.

    I tried to reset my Lumia 620 and its now frozen with the spinning gear display. I tried the steps to finish it, but still no progress. Can You please suggest how to stop this spinning and how can I get my phone ready to use?

    I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
    Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

    Windows spinning circles frozen [Urgent]

    Windows 10 Black Screen Cursor Spinning Blue Circle

    Read other suggestions but to no avail. What I have done so far. Ran Dell repair and recovery and clicked restart. Got Dell screen white circle dots and then went back to black screen white cursor and blue spinning circle. Frozen in that state. Cannot get
    passed with any of the keys to Task Manager, etc. Is it time for a professional?
