Windows 10: Windows spotlight is showing theme color on the lock screen.

When I use windows spotlight as my lock screen, it shows only theme color as my lock screen which is blue, but at preview for spotlight it shows that wallpaper and when i set a normal picture as my lock screen, everything happens as expected. I want to use windows spotlight. Please help me. One more thing, I tried the "safe mode with networking" solution and that's not working on my laptop.

So this happened after I installed the Anniversary Update, when my PC restarted after installing the update everything was fine. The problem occured when I started it the next day. The lock screen was a solid color (yellow in this case) just showing the
time, first time I was like it will be fine, but it keeps happening again and again. I checked my lock screen setting everything was fine there, I tried changing the setting from Windows Spotlight to Picture and the wallpaper appeared on the Lock Screen, but
when I again went in for the Windows Spotlight it again filled the screen with solid color. Even Cortana is not showing up when it is set to Windows Spotlight, although when you say 'Hey Cortana!' it responds. I really like the Windows Spotlight feature and
I would love to have it back.

Windows 10 Lock Screen Background Doesn't Show Up (stays theme color)


Just installed Windows 10 on my primary laptop and the lock screen is a solid blue (if I change my theme color, the lock screen changes too). However, I have Windows Spotlight turned on. I've tried setting a static picture or slideshow as the background. I also confirmed that the files needed for Windows Spotlight are indeed downloaded onto my computer. It just refuses to change.

It's worth noting that on my secondary computer with Windows Insider builds, I have, and have been having, the same problem. Any ideas as to how to fix it?

I have the same issue - disabling Control+Alt+Delete makes the picture show

With it enabled, no picture appears - bug?
