Windows 10: Windows standalone Installer Update for antivirus not applicable

Dear Microsoft team,


I have encountered an issue when installing windows update Windows 6.1 KB4474419 64 Bit for my antivirus, Sophos update.


I have previous send an email regarding about this on the 8 of june but still have not yet receive an update or reply.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

All your suggested stepswere already executed by me. Windows problemshooter f.e is saying there are problems that he cannot solve. Deleting the windows softwaredistribution folder and make a new download of the updates brings also not the solution.

The specific update is in the list of installed updates BUT without a date, as all the other updates in that list do have. Windows update tries again and again to download and install the same update and fails also evertime. Using the standalone version
for this update is also reporting that this update is already installed.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
