Windows 10: Windows start bar not showing icons

I have upgraded my Windows from 10 to 11 for a while. Recently, the start bar plays up a bit, I use multiple desktops, some application icons not showing up.From the below screenshot, the second one is blank and the second last is a generic icon it should be FirefoxChecked with Windows Update, it is the latest, restarted the machine a few times still the same, restarted the Windows explorer process not helping.Any ideas?

Computer not showing desktop or start icon?

My computer is not showing the desktop icons or the start menu bar... everytime I want to open something i have to use the windows task manager. anyone know why this happens? also when i want to open My Computer properties or something it says I'm missing the RUNDLL32.EXE

 

People Bar is not showing up.

If the icon is hidden from the task bar, you can enable it by using the following steps. The icon might be hidden. Here's how to show the battery icon:

• Right-click an empty area on the taskbar, and then click
  Properties.
• Under Notification area, click
  Customize.
• In Notification Area Icons, click on Select
  which icons appear on Taskbar.
• On in the drop-down list next to
  Power, and then click OK.

If the issue still persists you can try Updating the latest Power management driver software for Windows 10 from the manufacturer website.
