Windows start menu/button and Wifi menu NOT WORKING

Since 2 days I have problems with my Laptop, This consists of not being able to use the '' windows start menu '' and the Wifi menu (being able to select networks / SSID ''.) The Windows start button on the keyboard works with combinations as Start + L for lock and Win + E for explorer as an example, furthermore my device is physically in good condition it has not fallen or damage with the keyboard itself The Wifi menu Bottom right with the wifi icon is not working when I hover over it says wifi networks available, but if I click on it and want to select nothing happens, nor I can not select a wifi network via network center.

I have looked at many forums and websites and also on youtube for help.
    Have already tried the following.

Opening task manager and then restarting the explorer: Fail

    Regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ WpnUserService
change value from 2 to 4. Reboot: Fail

    Regedit:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced - Create new DWORD value name it '' EnableXamlStartMenu ''
    Reboot: Fail

With Admin rights opening Powershell and running script '' Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \ AppXManifest.xml"} "Letting it run for a while until finished.
    Reboot: Fail

Starting windows with Safe Mode: Fail

Creating new Local Admin account: Fail

Check for windows updates, Says no new updates.

Check Device manager, Wifi adapter drivers are also fine.

Powershell Sfc / scannow, No errors.

Turning off Display driver and reboot into windows: Fail

NOTE: Also in the update history it does not shows any failed updates or things which went wrong.

I am beginning to lose hope and can not understand why Microsoft does not just solve this problem properly and forever.

Worst case is a clean install of my windows 10, but I do not want to do this yet to see if this problem can be solved differently instead of clean install.
This only costs more time and also has to reinstall everything and configure user account. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE NORMAL SOLUTION I HOPE.

    further details of my PC.

    Acer Aspire i5 laptop - mid 2016
OS: Windows 10 Home NL / EN INTL
    Build: 1803

Hope to have a good tip and / or solution.

    With best regards,
    Jimmy.

    :)

    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?

In Win.7 is there a Classic Start Menu/Button

    Hi,

I'm on Windows Vista at the moment using Opera Browser and I has the nice Start Menu and i'm wondering if there is a program to add a modified Menu cause Win.7 don't have it. I tried Classic Shell it worked but it isn't like the Original Menu with the Microsoft Logo on the left

Windows start menu/button and Wifi menu NOT WORKING

Feature suggestions - move to proper menus, add Options window

    Suggestions:
    1) Remove main menus from top left menu (system menu) and move them to a standard Windows menu, at the top.
Leave the 6 system menu items (Restore --- Close) in system menu, move all the rest to that standard main menu. The main menu can be auto-hidable - pressing Alt key to invoke it or hide it, similar to the way IE11 menus and many Windows 10 built-in apps' menus work.

    2) And/or, add an Options menu or button, which would invoke a separate screen with GPU-Z Options, similar to how most Windows apps work.
Most Windows apps have a separate Options screen, which GPU-Z lacks - one should be added.

    Thanks in advance for listening!
