Windows 10: Windows Start Menu showing critical error

Hey


Whenever I open my start menu it always shows a critical error and says " Your Start menu isn't working .We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in "



And also when I try to open wi-fi it doesn't open and also same is the condition with the notification


Please anyone who knows how to solve it please answer


And Also I have tried various options on the internet like :

1. Running Sfc/Scaanow or that dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

2. I have tried restarting my pc into safe mode

3. I have tried this command in windows powershell

4. I have also tried uninstalling windows update



If there is any other solution please answer !

As the issue still persist, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue still persists.
