Windows 10: Windows Stop Code CACHE MANAGER

I put my laptop to sleep mode. Later, I put tried to turn it on but it was stuck on the black screen for long time. So, I shut it down using Power button but it didn't start properly instead it displayed an error 3F0 Boot Device Not Found or Hard Disk Error. I visited the HP website for relevant issue and went through all the step as mentioned on the pages 1 and 2 except that I couldn't access HP system recovery with F11. I performed all the hardware tests and all of them passed. Following the steps didn't displayed 3F0 Boot Device Not Found or Hard Disk Error. I could access Recovery and Windows Reset options this time but none of them work. I had to make hard choice of installing a fresh Windows copy. The installation continued upto 'Getting Device Ready' screen then it stuck there for more than 3 hours leading to screen 'Preparing Automatic Repair'. After a few seconds, it displayed Blue Screen of Death with Windows Stop Code CACHE MANAGER. I tried to reinstall another fresh copy of Windows from the USB but it shows 'Preparing Automatic Repair' after several seconds. I booted USB with Ubuntu Linux and it is working fine when I use Try Ubuntu. I am not sure why only Windows would not boot up or even not being booted up from USB for installation now. Kindly, help me resolve this issue.

Clear the 'cache' in file explorer for already used picture tags?


If you set some tags for your *.jpg pictures, the windows 10 file explorer shows them in the "details pane" on the right side.





This list can get very long and with some wrong or no longer used entries.
How can I clear this list / cache / suggestions?

Or how can I stop the file explorer to suggests already used Tags?

Windows Store Cache Problems (Windows 10)
