    Windows stop code igdkmd64.sys

I have checked the community answers and the problem seems to be found in Windows 7. However, I am running Windows 10 on the computer that is showing this blue screen error. I also do not use the Intel graphics device on the motherboard. I am running a pci graphics board.

    :)

  3. Computer crashes: stop code: system service exception igdkmd64.sys

From time to time my computer crashes. The stop code is: system service exception, and what failed is: igdkmd64.sys

I'm not doing anything special when it happens so I have no clue what could be the cause of my problem. My computer is a Lenovo ideapad Y700 with an intel core i7, an Nvidia graphic card, Windows 10, and the free version of AVG as the antivirus.
