Windows 10: windows stopcode

Two or three times a week my laptop stops responding and I get a blue screen that says my computer has run into a problem and needs to shut down. It says it will restart after identifying the problem but it never does restart. It just shows the Dell screen. The blue screen said that if I ask for support to give them this code: Timeout Bitlocker Recovery Key.


I have no idea what that means or how to fix it. Any suggestions? Thank you.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
