Windows 10: windows stopcode

i just have got 4 gb ram installed into my dell laptop inspiron 15-3567 with i3 processor, but after that, on most of the times after windows boot successfullyi get a blue screen error windows stop code, which is making me mad due to frequent restarts windows does it automatically .also stop code mentioned is different most of the time. photo of the error

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

With the original upgrade to Windows 10 there were no problems running any program or other activity until there was an update to Windows 10 when the "Windows.com/stopcode" problem started. I updated, as suggested, all the conceivable drivers and the problem
still persisted. I set the PC for slow startup and no difference. Some time later for about a month or so the Stopcode issue seemed to go away. Then all of a sudden a "Kmode Extension not handled" problem arose. I again tried to fix the problem as suggested,
and now the Stopcode problem resurfaced.

Not sure how to handle this. all the drivers are updated the PC is in slow startup and what else can I set the PC to to prevent this harassing issue. I would appreciate any help possible.
