Windows 10: Windows Store Apps Sign in

For the second time I experience the same situation. Happened before after a major Windows upgrade. Problem is after each when I sign to any store app including the Microsoft store itself I get the following error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later. 0x80070781"

Nothing worked before and I mean anything that may come to you (Troubleshooting - Checking stopped services - Disabling AntiVir - Updating - Filesystem Check - Changing account - Reregister - Reset - etc.) except replacing the Store app files with the old version from the upgrade cd ISO I used to upgrade from windows 8.1 to 10 -which I no longer have.

For some reason I can't redo it this time cuz the install.wim file in the only iso I keep looks to be encrypted or protected. Same applies to the esd file I obtained during the last upgrade.

I searched for old Store app download with no luck!

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Update us with the result.

Windows Store sign in issue

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box
  and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
