Windows 10: Windows Store Apps update fails

All Windows Store apps that I have fail when they are automatically updated. Here's what I just got in my event log.

Event ID 20 - Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070002: OneNote.

When I go into the Store and look at the update it shows the update as having had a problem. I can click on the spinner icon which downloads and installs the app so all is not lost.

I don't have any other problems with Windows Update. Other than Store apps they all automatically install just fine. I've seen lots of various solutions for WU problems but I haven't found one specifically for Windows Store updates. I'm hesitant to try one of these solutions since WU works fine except for Store apps as I mentioned.

Any ideas on getting this working again. I tried clearing the the Store cache but that didn't work. Store updates are not a regular occurrence so seeing if something works might take some time.

Unable to download from apps from Windows Store.

My windows app store is not working. Whenever i'm trying to download apps from the app store it is failing to download the apps. I tried to update the app store but still failing to update.

Todays Windows Store App Update failed with Code: 0x80073CF0.

It is the Store App itself that gives the error 0x80073CF0

 

I ran WSReset.exe. Let's see what happens.

 

I'm still having this problem. I assume that the Store update procedure is different from the normal WU for patches, products, etc. I tried the method of deleting certain files from Windows\SoftwareDistibution to fix WU problems which didn't work for my Store apps either. Is there a similar procedure to fix Store update problems?
