Windows 10: windows store corrupted unable to find it in apps or delete it

my windows store dosent show up as an app in the apps folder and it dosent let me download anything or do anything but i cant delete it because it dosent think ive installed it

A corrupted Windows Store cache is one of the possible reasons why you're unable to see some applications in the store. With that, we suggest that you run the
Windows App Troubleshooter to repair or scan an applications from the Windows Store.

If the above steps didn't work for you, we then recommend that you perform
Windows Store Reset. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
• Type WSReset.exe, and click OK.
  

Note: The WSReset tool resets the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.

Unable to delete a folder - Invalid folder name


Suggestion:

1. Run chkdsk x: /r to make sure that there's no HD corruption.
   x: is the drive containing the folder you want to delete.
2. Try to delete the folder again. If still does not work, go to step 3.
3. Download: Download - Linux Mint and create a bootable USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB
4. Boot up with Linux Mint and try to delete the folder again.
   NOTE: Unlike WinPE. Linux does not have any Windows permission imposed to it so it is easier to delete.

Follow the below steps:

  Type troubleshooting in the Search
  area on the taskbar.

  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.

  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

If it doesn’t fix the issue, I suggest you to perform windows Store reset and check if it helps.

2. Type wsreset.exe. Press Enter.
