Windows 10: Windows Store error 0x80070005 on 4 downloads in queue

I have 4 queued downloads in the Windows Store which give me 0x80070005 errors. I noticed the issue when reinstalling iTunes after having uninstalled it by mistake, but the problem also occurs with updates of 3 other apps.


Here's what I've done so far. I've rebooted between most steps.

• Checked Windows Update — no update pending
• Ran wsreset.exe
• Manually cleared the Windows Store LocalCache folder
• Ran Windows Store apps Troubleshooter
• Settings>Apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced Settings > Reset and rebooted
• Tried reinstalling Windows Store from Admin Powershell:

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = Get-AppxPackage *WindowsStore*.InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

• Ran this command as Admin:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml

• [COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]Got this error:[/COLOR]

• Ensured that Microsoft Store Install Service is running
• Checked proxy settings:
  • Automatically detect settings is ON
  • Use a proxy server is OFF
• Checked permissions on C:\Users\Charles\AppData\Local\Packages: all users have Full Control incl. "Everyone" and "Charles" I'm an admin user. The only one without full perms is "WMPNetworkSvc" at "Read"
• Did a full scan of my PC with Norton 360 — nothing found

Windows Store Queue is pending

My Windows store queue has a list of updates and downloads, but they are all listed as pending and won't download. What can I do to have my queue download?

I'm new to the group. I've got 8 apps in the windows store in queue for the last three days. Every time I open store and click on check updates I get this error message as shown below..... Can anyone please help. Thankyou.
