Windows 10: Windows Store Error 0x800704cf

My internet works cause that's how I posted this question but also in the windows store app I can update stuff but I just cannot sign in. I have tried using the troubleshooter and all it says is needs Microsoft account but that's what I'm doing. I have tried unticking the proxy in my lan settings and nothing has happened to fix it. Tried uninstalling and installing windows store. I have also emptied the cache and still nothing.


I am on my wits end I need help
