Windows 10: Windows Store 'Install' Button Does Nothing.

I've been trying to install Nvidia Control Panel and Realtek Audio Console for the past few months after getting my laptop Dell XPS 15 9570 and after going to the Windows Store, I click the install button and intially everything just freezes and it doesn't work anymore so I'm forced to exit it. So after going to my AppData and clearing the local cache, the freezing stops but now I click on the 'Install' button and it just does nothing at all. It says I own the product but the button isn't working. I've been having issues with my laptop and audio problems, so I was thinking maybe getting the audio console would work, but I can't install it. Please help.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Does this issue happen only on that particular app only?
• Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you tried checking other apps if they don't have install button also?

Sorry for getting back to you late.

I would suggest you to clear cache memory from Windows Store by following steps mentioned below:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
• Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.

Now try to open Windows Store and see if you see the same behavior.
