Windows 10: Windows Store Install Button Grayed Out

I Got XPG in hope of playing some ark it had this weird 0% pending for hours bug

So I uninstalled it and then went to download it again and its gray

Went to some other apps Also Gray

i am on windows 1903

i have installed and uninstalled the ms store 3 times

The Reset Programs For ms store like trouble shooter and msreset.exe doesnt work

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Sorry for getting back to you late.

I would suggest you to clear cache memory from Windows Store by following steps mentioned below:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
• Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.

Now try to open Windows Store and see if you see the same behavior.
