Windows 10: Windows Store network error 0x80072EE7 despite all known solutions

hi , i have been having the error "Check your internet connection and try again" since January this year but i kind of never bothered because I didn't need anything from store , but now somehow i need to update Asphalt Game for it seized working .
- through search i have attempted to change the dns to open ones like 8.8.8.8 etc suggested by those who suspect isps , i even went the extra mile and changed isp and tried different vpns but it was still useless .
- i also tried solutions from here http://www.thewindowsclub.com/window...ing-windows-10 but they didnt help despite all commands running successfully
- also tried microsoft suggestions for resetting network adapter from here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...nection-issues

any other suggestions or recommendations i might be missing ? removing certain files / updates perhaps ? checking for certain services running etc ?

The error code 0x80072EE7 is possibly caused by network configuration errors. To resolve your concern, you need to reconfigure some network settings on your computer.

windows app store not working (server down)

The windows App Store is not working on my PC. There error code given is 0x80072EE7.

There is also a CV: fz0e+Am9l0unlZi7. Anybody knows a solution for this problem?

 

The store has been borked since the beginning of the year. It may end up going away, since no one is really using it. It is too easy with the third party utilities like Stardock's app's to run programs as tiles.

 

thought to hint out that the anniversary update for windows 10 solved the problem . surprisingly i am getting to believe we are slowly heading to be lead like cattle like mac os did to their users long time ago , nothing fixes by replacing / modifying / uninstalling any more , being a power user is not like it used to be ...

 

Apple did not lead anyone anywhere. OS-X has only slight changes to the GUI. Windows 10 is more of users making theirselves adopt to knowing that Microsoft made it a two GUI OS. One for Tablet mode on devices like the Surface and Yoga and then the Desktop mode, which can be enhanced with either Classic Shell or Start10.

The Windows store has never taken off, since it is another late to the party idea by Microsoft.

 

I decided to write this despite it's been a while just because i haven't seen it covered anywhere else .

Apparently Windows Store tends to crash with certain Proxy / VPN programs (ex: Proxifier , Psifon) installed , I believe its because these attempt to edit Winsock settings but not sure .

The only way I could find to fix this was Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Free/Pro repair tool , where you apply the Windows Store fix , however on re-running the upper programs it crashes again (so you keep altering between fixing the store or using those programs) .

There are other VPNs less hostile with Windows Store but sadly only few of them work for my region .
