    Windows Store not able to Download Anything


    Recently, I have decided to activate my Minecraft Windows 10 Edition key. After that, I initiated the download, but found that after some time I would get a notification in the corner saying that Minecraft had failed to install and was retrying immediately. After several hours of looking, I come up dry. I was wondering if anyone might have a solution here.


    I have tried:

    Running wsreset.exe

    resetting the Microsoft Store in the advance features in Apps & Features

    running the troubleshooter

    restarting my computer

    re-registering the microsoft store

    signing out then back in


    any help would be appreciated

    • When you say that "download or update from store", are you referring that you facing issues with downloading or updating apps from Store?

    I suggest you to perform the steps provided in the Microsoft Help Article about issues related to not able to download and update from Store. Check if it helps.
