Windows 10: Windows Store not updating/downloading apps. Gives Error.

I have already read about using WSReset.exe to try and clean the Windows Store Cache.


I've also already gotten all the Windows Updates that the system tells me were waiting.


The error I get whenever I want to install or update any APP says:


"Something happened to this app. We’re working to fix the problem."

"Code: 0x80070002"

Do you face an issue with a particular\ all apps?

As you have issue with the store downloading apps, try to run these inbuilt troubleshooters.

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

Follow the same steps to use the Windows update troubleshooter.
