Windows 10: Windows Store software update error with 0x80D02002/0x80244018

hi Guys,

for the last few days I've been getting these errors (0x80D02002/0x80244018) while trying to download updates on the windows store.

my system updates also seem to be stuck; or barely moving.



I have tried to run the store update diagnosis tool but it doesn't find any issues.

I've also tried downloading the latest windows ISO and installing a copy over the current system without any luck either.


I want to avoid installing a fresh copy and having to reinstall all my software.

Version 1709 upgrade failure with error: 0x80d02002

My most recent error is 0x80d02002 yet before that I had 0x80248007 and 0x80244018 for near 20 times and the bits services and windows update service keeps going from automatic to manual therefore what I set as automatic goes back to manual and turned
off(stopped).
