    Windows stuck in boot loop post update


    Hi i just performed a windows update on my lenovo x1 carbon that failed and gave me a blue screen. Im now stuck in a boot loop that i can’t get out of. Ive tried system repairusing a usb boot media as well, system reset, etc. and nothing seems to work to fix it. I’m not sure what to try next.

    BIOS stuck in a loop.

    Hello,

    We would like to ask some additional information to better isolate the issue:

    • Did you get any error messages?
    • Have you tried to boot in Safe mode?

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
