Windows 10: Windows stuck on resetting

So I had issues with my windows version before. I wasn't able to install any updates and system repair/automatic repair did nothing to resolve my issues, it would say it resolved them but didn't.

My pc is a strong gaming pc

I7-6700k, GTX 1080, 32GB of ram, 5 hard drives, OS is installed onto the SSD.

I selected to factory reset my computer, but its been 4 hours and haven't even moved passed 2% not sure why or what to do, I called Microsoft numerous times and none of suggestions actually fixed or resolved any issues with windows updating, and thinking that windows reset would help, its just stuck at 2%.


The little circle dots are moving so its doing something but nothing is moving and nothing is progressing

Stuck at 64% after reset.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
