Windows 10: Windows stuck while Resetting.

While resetting my windows stuck, showing installing windows 88% from a bit long. As I've started reset process yesterday night at 10:30 and still at 8 am I'm unable to complete my reset as window showing installing window 88% .Please tell me what should I do as soon as possible.I'm much tensed that I might not loose my original windows or data.

Stuck at 64% after reset.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
