Windows 10: Windows suddenly as for password instead of pin, but password is in password manager...

Sometime windows thinks it has to try to get me to use internet explorer and says something about use recommended settings and then it asks for my account password instead of PIN for login luckily i just recently setup my password manager across multiple devices, but it still sucks to enter 16random chars manuallyThere is a reason why i enabled PIN, otherwise i dont want to login with microsoft account at all during boot. How to stop windows from asking for account password during login from time to time 99% of time it works and only asks for PIN

Password issue

After going through the steps to make a new password, after a week or two, my login credentials are no longer valid. I'm forced to make a new password all over again. It seems to happen if I don't login in a certain period of time. Does our passwords expire???
