Windows 10: windows taskbar glitch

Everytime i open a game i want to play.Afteerwards when I close it my windows taskbar and settings are unusable.They glitch so it either closes immediately or moves around on its own.Sometimes when I try to open it it opens a random app.I use steam to play the game and I also use a controller

Hello Microsoft. I'm trying to help you by give some feedback about this new OS. I don't know if I'm doing this right, it's my first time posting here, but whatever.

Here's a glitch in Windows 10 that i found today, even though I don't know how to reproduce again:

It's back to normal after I closed some windows.

Any suggestions?

Taskbar Issue with Multiple Monitors

Please share the information below:

• Are you using a Local Account or a Microsoft Account?
• What is the make and model of your PC?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Right click on the Taskbar and select Properties.
• Check if the option for Lock the Taskbar and Auto-hide the taskbar
  are ticked.
• If they are ticked then uncheck the option for Auto-hide the taskbar.

Also, suggest you to update the Display driver by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
