    Problems

Problem Windows slow down and freezes legs then jumps back to work.

In the boot up the system take longer to boot then past windows ten systems The circle in the boot screens stutters and sometime freeze's then speed up.

When windows ten home 1909 is loaded to the welcome screen the mouse pointer disappears and you have to click the space bar to get the log in screen

When the log in screen show up the mouse pointer show after moving it. The login circle stutters and freezes until the system loads up.

Window desktop loads up slow then before and best to wait as programs take slower to load and run after the desktop..

When in desktop the mouse legs and stutters when moving it fast or slow. It freeze up for a short time but disappearing then show up in a new place on the screen.

Some programs are slow loading . The Vm programs like Nox stutters and freeze's when the mouse is not in use or when the program ruining.

If i had to give it a simple expression about it. It be a smooth fast bullet train ruining like a trolley train going up hill that making stops alone the way to check if it still going.

When I first noticed the problems i was thinking that windows changed something with how video drivers worked and my HP OEM AMD Catalyst Drivers might not migrate into the new update. So i went to install the latest AMD updated Adrenalin 2019 Edition drivers from amd. Hoping i would not have problems from past windows ten home versions stuck mouse. Nothing changed the problems. So when I uninstalled all amd drivers the system never changed even that it had basic video drivers.

To get back to a stable windows ten home version 1903 build 18362.476

    I tried to uninstall http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=4517245

windows ten could not uninstall all of it. I tried again and said something some components are still there.

I did a system restore point and finely returned to 1903 with http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=4517245 Removed.

Window ten home version 1903 is working well with the HP OEM AMD Catalyst Drivers.

I am going to try and keep away from this update until Microsoft find the problem or they make a better system upgrade for windows ten home.

I don't have time to reinstall this update and monkey around with it to find the answer to fix this problem.

If this update is with explorer.exe they should have did a better job at doing a update.

Everything of the system is from the OEM HP Windows ten home to 1903 I keep all driver files updated unless the new driver files makes problems.

If there a fix for this i be happy to try?

    :)

BUG in feature update to windows 10 version 1909 via enablement package (KB4517245)

Hello, I’ve tested in two different machines and confirmed that after the “feature update to windows 10 version 1909 via enablement package (KB4517245)” it’s no longer possible to copy-paste to the search box present in folders (upper right corner)
using the mouse, the right click is completely disabled.

For now I’ve removed the (KB4517245)…

I have the KB4524570 CU Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.476 the problem only happens after the installation of the (KB4517245). With the build 18362.476 everything works perfect.

This has to be a windows bug.

    Please help.

  4. Windows ten home 1909 update kb4517245 after install Stuttering lagging freezing

Fresh install of 1909, experiencing lag, stutters, and beeping sounds

I just installed the November 2019 update, aka 1909. Everything was going smoothly, until this morning, when I logged in and played a game. I noticed the game briefly stuttered during a scene which normally plays smoothly. When I exited the game, I noticed the system overall was a bit sluggish, and some actions, such as clicking the Start Menu button, experienced a bit of lag before executing. A few times the system stuttered again, and I heard a couple beeps from the speakers. I have everything up-to-date and no viruses or the like, so my only thought is that maybe the update itself is to blame? Any suggestions? How would I go about getting diagnostics/logs to find out? I attached my DxDiag file, and from what I can see there's issues with Windows Defender, OneDrive, and Final Fantasy XIV.

    DxDiag20191115.txt

I think I might have figured out the cause of the issue. Seems my tablet being plugged in was causing the stuttering/beeping. Hasn't happened since I unplugged it, but then again, I haven't played any games since I did that. Need to test some more and see.
