    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you are have concern about the charm bar feature which is available in Windows 8.1. Currently in Windows 10, 'Search the web & Windows' functions same as charms bar.

    Note: Charms bar is replaced by 'Search the web & Windows'.

    Charms bar in Windows 10

    That one is harder to find. Were you thinking of Devices charm (Win-k) for the Print button? If your keyboard has a PrtScrn button you could use that conventionally. E.g. Alt-PrtScrn would Copy just the dialog window to ClipBoard and then you would have
    to do something with it from there. Otherwise it looks like the simplest thing to do would be to use the Share charm (Win-h)
