Windows 10: windows up dates arrgh

Every time Microsoft does an up date I have issues with my computer. And it takes me ages to get it back to normal. This time I have issues with my speakers & microphone, external mouse & keyboard. Moving files from my computer to an external hard drive. The error I get from moving files has to do with one drive. I am not using one drive I don't use one drive.... arghUpdates have always been an issue and in the past I have been able to turn them off. Now you MUST UPDATE. You are not given a choice. Yes you can move the date but you can only do this once and then you have NO CHOICE. I

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
