Windows 10: Windows Update 0x8000ffff, KB5000802, KB5001330

Voilà plusieurs semaines que je ne parviens plus à mettre à jour Windows 10 PRO v. 20H2 build 19042.630

Mise à part ce problème, Windows fonctionne correctement.

Échec de l'installation sur ‎11/‎03/‎2021 - 0x8000ffff KB5000802
Échec de l'installation sur ‎21/‎04/‎2021 - 0x8000ffff KB5001330
La dernière mise à jour réussi étant la KB4023057, installée le ‎20/‎02/‎2021.

J'ai tout essayé :

• Analyse complète avec l'antivirus
• Désactiver l'antivirus
• Réinitialiser l'horloge Widnows
• Réparer le registre Windows avec CCleaner
• sfc /scannow => [COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]La protection des ressources Windows n’a pas réussi à démarrer le service de réparation.[/COLOR]
• Activer le service "Programme d’installation pour les modules Windows", n'a rien changé
• sc config trustedinstaller start= auto ensuite net start trustedinstaller, n'a rien changé
• Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth => [COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]Erreur : 3017[/COLOR]

Windows Update Error 0x8000ffff

I tried all the suggested steps and still got Error 0x8000ffff

 

Repair Install Fixes corruption - CU KB5000802 installed !

Ok, followed the steps in the directions you linked but I couldn't see how step 4 in red was done even after I maximized my screen to try to read the screen shot in red for step 4. It just isn't easy to read to see what is being done.
