Windows 10: Windows Update (0x800705b4)

I tried the Windows Update because (0x800705b4) shows up as reason for the update failure. I tried to troubleshoot, but the Windows Update just says: Detecting problems.....Initializing the diagnostics and this had been running for more than an hour. What should I do next?
