    Windows Update 0x800f020b Error


    When I run Windows Update on Windows 10 (ver 1511), I get the following error:

    Hewlett-Packard - Imaging - Null Print - HP Deskjet 3520 series - Error 0x800f020b

    I looked up the 0x800f020b error code and it says this occurs when an attempt is made to update drivers for a device that isn't connected. In my particular case, this device is connected via the wireless network and appears in my list of available Printers.

    How do I get rid of this error?

    HP 7525 Printer - Driver is not available

    Under printers Windows 10 shows "Driver is not available"

    Under Windows update there is a message about a failure to install an update:

    "Hewlett-Packard - Imaging, Other hardware - Null Print - HP Photosmart 7520 series - Error 0x800f020b"

    I can't print to my HP 7525 Printer (Driver is 7520).

    HP 7525 Printer - Driver is not available

    I am able to print using my HP printer, but I keep getting the error, "Hewlett-Packard - Imaging, Other hardware - Null Print - HP Photosmart 7520 series - Error 0x800f020b". Are you still seeing that error in Windows Update?

    Windows Update 0x800f020b Error

    I solved this problem by uninstalling the (working) printer driver and reinstalling it.
