Windows 10: Windows Update 1903 (KB4503293) Unable to install

Each time I run Windows update, it downloads the update and then schedules a restart, during the restart it says unable to install updates and rolling back.


I've tried all the methods as explained on this page, and nothing works;

Unable to boot after KB4503293

Hello,

the pc is a Toshiba Qosmio X70 notebook with Windows 10 1903 64 bit, I have no antivirus or other security programs installed, I have never had problems with windows updates until a few days ago after installing the usual updates on reboot the pc got stuck
on a black screen with the spinning balls. There was no way to proceed, I had to go back to a previous restore point in order to restart the PC.

Today I tried again the updates, this time I saw that it has installed an update for windows defender, drivers for the Intel graphic adapter and security update for Adobe Flash player then, once installed the KB4503293 update on restart the system has blocked
again. This time I restarted in safe mode which automatically detected the failed update and removed it. After this the pc restarted correctly.

Now I paused the updates, is there any way to solve the problem and install
KB4503293 ?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
