Windows 10: Windows Update 20H2 error 0x800f0900

Hi, I've bee having issues with my laptop recently and thought to check for updates, now I've tried to download them all and install them and most worked except 20H2 which keeps giving me error 0x800f0900, I have run the update troubleshooter but it found nothing wrong. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Windows update fails with Error 0x800f0900

Unable to install both latest cumulative updates.

The installation of 2019-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4493437) failed yesterday with Error 0x800f0900 and today the installation of 2019-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4499167)
failed too with same Error 0x800f0900.

I ran the Troubleshoot app on Windows Update. It fixed Service registration missing or corrupt. However, running Windows update still failed with same Error 0x800f0900.

Restarted the computer several times and search the internet for fixes without success.

Following some instructions found to troubleshoot the error listed in the thread title, I ran the scannow, with these results:

I did not find any OFFLOGFILE flags (searching for the text OFFLOGFILE). I'm not sure how I should proceed.

CBS file attached.

Any suggestions?
