Windows 10: Windows Update and Windows Security

My laptop is facing this from problem from last week.1. Windows security screen go blank, also my laptop screen color goes to greenish2. I can't do any updates after the 1st problem3. I'm also do the reset this PC but the button doesn't work, So i go on Advanced startup for the reset but that also don't work for me.I'm using windows 11. Please solve my problem. I'm also runs "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" commands shown on Microsft Community but nothing happens.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
