Windows 10: Windows Update & BitLocker Recovery Key Problems

Hi,


I recently purchased a Surface Book 2 with Windows 10. Today I was prompted to restart my computer in order to install a windows update. However, after the updates finished, I turned on my computer and found that I needer to enter my Bitlocker Recovery Key because secure boot policy has unexpectedly changed windows 10.


Having entered the key 20+ times, every single option (from resetting windows to a previous version, to command prompt, to factory resetting my computer) ultimately does nothing and returns me to the 'Enter Recovery Key' page, hence trapping me in this never ending cycle of having to enter this code again and again.


Please advise. Laptop barely 2 weeks old with few personal files.

I got the below message.

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

Next Step, What should I do?
