    Windows update causing Kmode BSOD


    Hi, I'm not amazing with computers but my pc has ran perfect for about 3 years when I set it up.

    Windows performed an automatic update and since then, it crashes after about 2 minutes of use withe error message; kmode_exception_not_handled. No code after, just that message

    I have gone through tutorials on the internet for how to fix it but nothing works. I've checked the Ram, CPU, Drivers ect.

    I had one driver that needed updating; PCI simple communications. So I updated the Intel chipset and that message went away.

    Due to this I tried formatting windows and reinstalling using a usb but it still has the issue.

    I need help. I currently can't use my pc. It's especially annoying as I can see most people saying that the update is more visual anyway!
