Windows 10: Windows update database error. indows XP .

This is the response I get when trying to update windows 10 again since the interruption yesterday.. This is an upgrade from Windows XP . Nothing but trouble from the get go. Here are the issues I've encountered. Battery failed to recharge so a new one was ordered. Charging port also replaced(both one year ago). Same thing again this year so both battery and charging port replaced. After replacement, had a problem with black screen for a while, which was resolved by reseating the RAM cards. PC then booted to windows logo and went to a screen with only clock,date,email and wifi icons. By pressing F8 repeatedly,was able to boot into safe mode and the sign in screen. Was then able to start windows update which was interrupted by a power failure. Computer is extremely slow since upgrade to windows 10 and now I still can only boot into the sign in screen by pressing F8. Any solutions for someone who is not tech savvy at all.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
