Windows 10: Windows Update destroys memory management

Whenever Windows tries to check for updates, the term "Memory Management" is no longer a thing. I am a bit of a programmer and I am involved in software and hardware stuff, and I am one of those people who absolutely hate un-optimization and Windows is no exception. Windows is very easy to use and is filled with fancy GUI, but that is why it is very heavy, unlike some Linux distros which become far better in this case. I hope many of these un-optimizations get fixed in the upcoming Windows 11. Okay, I think I am going to far, my problem is that whenever Windows 10 tries to check for updates,

Color management error. "The storage control blocks were destroy"

In "Color Management" I am unable to use a new ICC profile to my printer. I celebrated my printed and the new ICC profile shows up in the list "All available Profiles". When I attempt to assign it to the printer, I get the error, "The storage control blocks
were destroy".

Anyone have suggestions?
