Windows 10: Windows Update doesn't load in Update & Security

In the last week I had some issues while playing games. random crashes, freezes, low fps, etc. I checked if I could install new drivers, but that wasn't the case. Than I wanted to check if Windows needed to update. But the page won't load, the only thing I see, are those 5 small balls moving at the top, indicating that the page is loading. Does anyone know why this is happening, or how to fix it?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
