Windows 10: Windows Update Error 0x800700c1

Hello, I am trying to update my computer and it keeps encountering an error. This is the message it displays: Your device is missing important security and quality fixes. There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x800700c1". Additionally, here is a screenshot of what happens when I try to retry the update.This is my Windows version: Windows 10. Version 22H2 OS Build 19045.3208

I have got the error 0x800700C1 and could not update KB3115259, KB3167685, KB3163018 & KB3149135 since a week ago. I tried both you two methods but the result was the same. I don't wish to follow hbja to go back to "Factory Setting". Can you help me sort
it out with other solutions?
