Windows 10: Windows update error 0x80073712

I can't get my fibe going since your update until I routed my home hub 3000 via my old home hub 2000, 4 ethernet cables, 2 lans to each computer from the 2000, 1 lan to the 3000 from the 2000 then 1 from the 2000 wan connection to the 3000 wan connection. now it works fine I think I just invented the dual fibe internet with 1.5 gps. I call it the home hub 5000. without this config I get code 0x80073712 and it won't connect. but now my download speeds are incredible and uploads are 999 wicked, I just hope it's legal. but it works that's what matters. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO I WAS DOWN FOR 9 DAYS NO ONE COULD HELP I DON'T REMEMBER MY ADMINISRATOR PASSWORDS I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL I CAME UP WITH THIS CONSTRUCT CAN YOU HELP?

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
