Windows 10: Windows Update Error 0x800F0831 when attempting to install KB5013942

Discus and support Windows Update Error 0x800F0831 when attempting to install KB5013942 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have attempted to install KB013942 for Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 for x64-lbased systems three times and have received error 0x800F0831 each time....     Windows Update Error 0x800F0831 when attempting to install KB5013942


    I have attempted to install KB013942 for Windows 10 Pro Version 21H2 for x64-lbased systems three times and have received error 0x800F0831 each time. The message says to retry, which is what I did. It also said to contact support. Two other updates installed the same day were ok. Cumulative update for .Net Framework... KB5013624 and Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 v5.101 KB8090830. Can someone help with this error? Is the update going to be fixed so it will install?

    Windows 10 Installation Error 0x800f0831

    I created a Windows 10 ISO and attempted to do a clean install. I got an error message, installation not completed, returned to earlier settings. In the System app, under Upgrades, under update history, got the Error message, 0x800f0831. Any ideas?

    My PC also have error when installing, also encountered this with cumulative 2020-05 update

    2020-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4560960) - Error 0x800f0831
