Windows 10: Windows Update Error: 0x800f0900

Hello! I've had a problem with updating my windows for quite some time now, specifically 3-4 months. I keep getting the error code "0x800f0900" when they are in the installing phase.


I've done everything I can to fix this. I've deleted the update files, I've sought support from many people, sites, forums, even real person support from Microsoft, and my issue hasn't been solved.

I am very aware that the easiest option I have is to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on my computer, but I need to avoid that at all costs. I actively use my computer every single day, losing my downloaded apps is absolutely not an option.


My computer is: Inspiron 15 3573


I am begging someone for a way to force my computer to completely restart the process of downloading and installing these specific updates:

2020-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4560960

2020-01 Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4497165

2020-05 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64 KB4552931

Windows update fails with Error 0x800f0900

Unable to install both latest cumulative updates.

The installation of 2019-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4493437) failed yesterday with Error 0x800f0900 and today the installation of 2019-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4499167)
failed too with same Error 0x800f0900.

I ran the Troubleshoot app on Windows Update. It fixed Service registration missing or corrupt. However, running Windows update still failed with same Error 0x800f0900.

Restarted the computer several times and search the internet for fixes without success.

Feature Update to Windows 10, Version 1803 - Error 0x800f0900

OK.
I have been informed by a reliable source that the reason I cannot update to 1803 is because I have no System Reserved Partition. See image below.

What's the best method for me to create one? Also, I have read a number of articles that suggest to make it at least 500 MB, instead of the standard 100 MB.
