Windows 10: Windows update error 0x80248014

Have been getting windows update error. I did a drive formatting and had a clean install of Windows 10 and the problem is still persisting. Started with 0xc80003fa and it has changed multiple times now. Support told me to perform a windows upgrade with ISO File, but problem is still persisting.

I did a DISM repair from ISO file and SFC Scan now. SFC Stated i have corrupted files and unable to fix them.
When i look at my SFC Logs, there was not corrupted files stated in the log.

Please any help is appreciated. I dont know what else i can do with this. Haven't had a single update since my windows clean install.

We understand that you're having issues with installing any applications from Windows Store. The error 0X80248014 appears
when the Microsoft Update is the source selected to download and the computer has not been configured to opt-in to Microsoft Update. We suggest to manually reset the Windows Updates Components, restart the computer
and start the download.

  Press Windows Key + X on the keyboard and then select
  Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
  
• 
  Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. To do this, type the following commands at the Command Prompt. Press the
  ENTER key after you type each command:
  

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptSvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

• 
  Then, rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Press the
  ENTER key after you type each command:
  

ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

  Now, let’s restart the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. Type the following commands in the Command Prompt for this. Press the ENTER key after you type each command:
  

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

• 
  Type Exit in the Command Prompt to close it. Restart the computer.
  

You may now try running the Windows Updates and check if the above steps resolve the issue.

Also reset store cache. Here are the steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +R to bring up the run command window.
  
• 
  Type “WSReset.exe” and press Enter.
