Windows 10: Windows Update error code 0x80070424

Hi..


My windows is showing the error code 0x80070424 when trying to update , it means that the windows update service is missing

I tried to register the wuauserv many times but after restarting ,It gets deleted . I reinstalled my windows and deleted everything and

the problem is not solved . Also I tried to install a new windows but in the installing process the windows shows the blue screen saying :

KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED this error may be caused because the windows is not updated .

How I fix error 0x80070424 while updating windows ?

I have facing error while updating windows 10 .

Error name :

0x80070424

I tried all steps given by you in forum .

I went to services and then run all steps mentioned only " windows update " option is not available in services.

Please suggest alternative or again guide me steps to resolving
