Windows 10: Windows update errors version 1809 - Error 0x80080008

I have tried downloading and installing the latest Windows update for close to a week now. The update downloads, but at the end of installion I get this message: 'Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 - Error 0x80080008'. Can anyone please help with what this means, and what to do to fix the problem. Thank you.

I get a message "There were problems installing updates" with an error code 0x80080008. Anybody else have this issue or have a solution ? Thank you in advance.
